What to eat at first trimester of pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy and have been feeling quite tired and a bit nauseous. I want to ensure I'm eating enough and the right kind of nutrients for the baby's development. What are some good food options for this stage?

First trimester can be tough with nausea, so eat whatever you can keep down that's healthy. Focus on small, frequent meals. Folate-rich foods are super important, so leafy greens, oranges, and fortified cereals are good. And don't forget your prenatal vitamins, especially folic acid!

I totally get it, that first trimester morning sickness can make eating feel impossible. Don't force yourself to eat heavy meals. Try bland foods like khichdi, toast, plain crackers. Ginger tea helps some with nausea too. Just keep trying to get some nutrients in!

Just stick to whole, unprocessed foods. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Protein is key, so daal, paneer, eggs if you eat them. Avoid anything raw, unpasteurized, and too much caffeine. And hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Eat healthy ghar ka khana, lots of fruits. Take your medicines regularly. Don't worry too much, just listen to your body and your doctor. All will be well.

While diet is important, also ask your doctor if light walks or prenatal yoga are okay. For food, focus on nutrient-dense things rather than just calories. Complex carbs, good fats, and plenty of protein. Keeps energy levels stable, especially when you're feeling tired.
