What to eat after alcohol vomiting?

Last night I had a bit too much to drink and ended up vomiting a lot. Today I feel completely awful and dehydrated. What should I eat after alcohol-induced vomiting to recover quickly and feel better?

When I've had too much and vomited, I find that simple toast or some plain biscuits usually help. And definitely lots of water or ORS to rehydrate. No heavy curries or oily food, that's for sure. This is just my experience though, not advice!

After alcohol-induced vomiting, dehydration and electrolyte imbalance are common. My doctor advised bland, easily digestible foods. Think plain toast, crackers, bananas, or rice. These can help settle the stomach and replenish some nutrients without irritating the digestive system further. Avoid fatty, spicy foods, or more alcohol.

After alcohol vomiting, your body is seriously depleted. Focus on rehydration with ORS or coconut water first. For food, think bland and gentle. Plain rice, toast, or a banana. Definitely no heavy lifting or intense workouts until you're fully recovered and feeling strong again. Rest is key.

Oh, the dreaded post-drinking purge! Your stomach is definitely not ready for a biryani. Stick to bland, comforting stuff. Plain khichdi, simple toast with some butter, or a soothing banana. Hydrate like crazy with water or coconut water. Save the delicious food for when you're 100%!

Dude, after a bad night, the only thing I can stomach is a plain banana or some bland toast. And like, tons of water or Sprite (even though it's bad, sometimes it helps settle). No greasy food, that'll just make it worse, trust me.

Hey, it happens. After alcohol vomiting, your stomach needs a break. Focus on rehydrating with water or ORS. For food, think super bland: plain toast, crackers, or a banana. Don't try anything heavy, spicy, or oily for at least 12-24 hours. Just let your body recover slowly.
