What to drink after workout for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and I hit the gym regularly. After my intense workouts, I want to make sure I'm drinking the right things to support my weight loss goals. Any suggestions on what's best?

Bhai, after workout, best hai plain water. Agar thoda energy chahiye toh coconut water. No sugary drinks, no fancy protein shakes with hidden calories if main goal is weight loss. Protein shake is okay if it fits your macros and goals, but don't just blindly drink it thinking it's magic for weight loss.

After a workout, for weight loss, you should drink... water! Shocking, I know. 😂 Seriously, plain water is your best friend. Maybe some black coffee if you're into that for a little boost, but definitely stay away from anything with added sugars. Don't undo all that hard work with a sugary drink!

When I was focusing on weight loss after my workout, I stuck strictly to plain water or sometimes a small cup of black coffee for energy. My nutritionist said to avoid any sweetened drinks, even 'healthy' juices, because they just add unnecessary calories. If I felt really hungry, I'd have a protein shake with water, but only if it fit into my daily calorie goal.

After a good workout for weight loss, the most important thing is to rehydrate. My mother always says tender coconut water is very good, and it is true, it has natural electrolytes. Also, plain water. If you want something more, a small glass of unsweetened buttermilk (chaas) is also refreshing. But always listen to your doctor or a good nutritionist for personalized advice, not just family.

Yaar, for weight loss after workout, actually plain water is the best. If you want some electrolytes, coconut water is good. Avoid those sugary energy drinks, they just add calories. Agar protein chahiye toh low-carb protein shake with water, that's it. Simple rakho.

Simple si baat hai, water is key. Don't spend money on expensive drinks. Plain water is best for hydration. If you feel tired, a glass of nimbu pani (lemon water) without sugar or very little can also work. For protein, if you need it, a simple protein shake mixed with water. Don't complicate it.
