Undigested food and vomiting could be many things. I always get concerned about digestion because my thyroid issues sometimes affect my metabolism. It's crucial to stay hydrated with ORS or water. But if it persists, please, please consult a doctor. They might need to check for infections or other underlying conditions, including thyroid imbalances.
Oh, I totally get it, that feeling of not digesting food and then throwing up is just awful and so uncomfortable. It leaves you feeling so weak. You absolutely need to stay hydrated with small, frequent sips of water or ORS. And please, don't delay seeing a doctor, because this could be anything from a simple infection to something that needs proper medical attention.
When food isn't digesting and you're vomiting, that's not a good sign at all. My friend had a similar issue which turned out to be a severe infection because he delayed seeing a doctor. You absolutely must go to a doctor or hospital immediately to figure out what's wrong and prevent any serious complications. Don't self-medicate.
Oh man, that sounds really unpleasant and honestly, I'd be quite worried if that happened to me. Undigested food plus vomiting... my mind would jump to all sorts of conclusions like food poisoning or some serious stomach bug. Definitely stick to bland liquids for a bit and see a doctor ASAP. It's better to get it checked than to keep guessing and stressing over it!
Vomiting undigested food points to a potential issue with gastric emptying or an irritation higher up in the GI tract. Priority is hydration with ORS to prevent electrolyte imbalance. Avoid solid food for a few hours. If symptoms persist, are severe, or accompanied by fever/pain, a doctor's visit is essential to rule out gastritis, food poisoning, or other infections.

When the body is struggling, it's important to be gentle with it. Stay positive and believe in your body's healing. Sips of warm water can help soothe. But do remember to seek guidance from a medical professional for clarity and care. Take good care of your inner self too during this time.
Beta, it's very important to keep hydrated with such symptoms. For me, with high BP, I'm always told to monitor everything and not take any health issues lightly. Vomiting and digestion problems can really weaken the body. See a doctor quickly, and also think about if something you ate caused it. Sometimes it's just bad food, but sometimes it's more.
