Oh, my older sister had morning sickness so bad during her pregnancy, she said it was more like *all day* sickness! She always kept some plain crackers by her bed and ate a little before getting up. Also, ginger candy or ginger tea really helped her a lot. Hope you feel better soon!

During my first pregnancy, I panicked so much with the nausea and vomiting, thought something was really wrong! But my doctor reassured me it's totally normal for many. Try eating small, frequent meals, nothing too spicy or greasy. Ginger biscuits or mints really helped me. And rest, rest, rest! It usually gets better after the first trimester.

Been there, done that, survived it! Pregnancy nausea is no joke. My biggest tips are to eat something bland like toast or crackers before even getting out of bed. Sip on ginger tea throughout the day, and avoid strong smells. Also, don't let yourself get too hungry or too full. Small, frequent meals are your friend. It will pass, hang in there!

Dealing with pregnancy nausea while working is a challenge. My quick fixes were keeping plain crackers at my desk, sipping on sparkling water with a slice of lemon, and scheduling small, frequent snack breaks. Avoid heavy meals and take short walks if possible to get some fresh air. If it's impacting your work or severe, talk to your gynae, they can prescribe safe options.

Nausea in pregnancy is tough. If you're managing diabetes, you need to be extra careful with what you eat for nausea, especially things like ginger candies that can have sugar. Focus on bland, carb-controlled foods. Always discuss with your doctor or a dietician to ensure whatever you're trying for nausea doesn't impact your blood sugar levels. Your health and baby's health are paramount.

Hello dear! Pregnancy nausea is a very common experience for many women. The key is to avoid an empty stomach, so have small, frequent meals. Bland foods like khichdi, plain roti, or idli are good. And stay hydrated by sipping water or tender coconut water. If it is very severe and you are not able to keep anything down, please consult your doctor immediately.

Aww, morning sickness is no fun! 🤢 But it's super common! Try keeping some dry toast or biscuits next to your bed and have a bite before you even stand up. Lemon water 🍋 and ginger tea are also great natural remedies! You got this, mama-to-be! ✨
