What to do for hair loss and thinning?

I've noticed a lot more hair falling out lately, and my hair feels much thinner than before. It's becoming quite noticeable on my scalp. Is there anything effective I can try?

Hair loss, beta, is often a sign of stress or lack of proper nourishment. Try oiling your hair with warm coconut or almond oil regularly, and gently massage the scalp. A balanced diet with leafy greens and protein is very important. But if it is too much, then consult a vaidya or doctor, don't ignore it.

Bro, hair loss is a nightmare, I get it. I started noticing thinning in my early 20s. What worked for me was actually seeing a dermatologist, who suggested some topical solution and vitamin supplements. Also, chill out a bit, stress makes it worse, trust me.

Hair loss and thinning can be quite upsetting. It's a common concern for many. Take care of your diet and try to reduce stress. Hope you find a solution that helps.

I can only share my experience with hair thinning; I noticed it after a stressful period. I started taking better care of my diet, reduced stress, and used some mild, natural hair packs. I didn't seek medical advice, but for *me*, it helped a bit. Everyone is different, so what worked for me might not for others.

Hair health is often linked to overall health. Make sure your diet is rich in protein and essential vitamins like biotin, iron, and zinc – supplements can help if your diet is lacking. Regular exercise also helps improve circulation, including to the scalp. But if it's severe, a dermatologist is your best bet, not just diet and gym.
