What to do for backache during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and this backache is really starting to get to me. It's hard to find a comfortable position. What can I do for backache during pregnancy to feel a bit better?

My gynaecologist said mild backache is normal due to weight gain and hormonal changes. She recommended prenatal yoga or gentle stretches, a warm compress, and sleeping with a pillow between the knees. A maternity support belt can also help, but always confirm with your doctor before using one.

Oh, pregnancy backache is so real! My daughter had it too. We found that a gentle massage by her husband, a warm bath, and using a good pregnancy pillow made a big difference. And wear comfortable, low-heeled shoes, beta, don't wear heels. And always tell your doctor about the pain.

Backache during pregnancy is very common, but it's important to differentiate between normal discomfort and something more serious. Consult your obstetrician. They can advise on safe stretches, posture correction, or when a physiotherapist might be needed. Don't self-medicate with pain relievers without medical advice.

Haan na, pregnancy mein back pain toh normal hai, sabko hota hai. Par agar bahut zyaada hai, toh doctor ko dikhao. Thoda garam paani se naha sakte ho ya heat pad use kar sakte ho. Aur haan, sidhe mat khade raho, thoda support leke baitho. Comfortable shoes pehno, theek hai?

Beti, backache in pregnancy is natural as the body changes. You can try gentle stretches, and a light massage with warm mustard oil sometimes helps. But make sure to keep your doctor informed, always. And sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees, that provides good support.
