What to do after vomiting from food poisoning?

I think I got food poisoning yesterday from something I ate at a dhaba. I've been vomiting since last night and feel completely drained. What should I do to recover and get rid of this sickness?

Hey, after food poisoning, first priority is hydration. Sip on ORS or coconut water to replenish electrolytes. Avoid heavy, oily foods for a day or two, stick to khichdi or plain curd rice. Let your system rest, no strenuous workouts till you feel 100%!

Honestly, food poisoning can be quite serious. Instead of asking on a forum, it's always best to consult a doctor. What works for one person might not work for you, and sometimes it needs proper medical attention. Don't risk it with unverified remedies.

Oh dear, food poisoning is no joke. Even if you feel a little better, please don't take any chances. It's always safer to get it checked by a doctor, especially if you have other symptoms like fever or severe stomach pain. Better to be safe than sorry, always.

Definitely focus on bland, easy-to-digest foods like plain rice, curd, or some boiled veggies without spices. Avoid anything rich, fried, or too sugary. And drink lots of water or ORS to replace lost fluids. For a day or two, keep your diet very simple.

It's important to keep yourself hydrated with ORS or clear fluids. Avoid anything spicy or heavy. If the vomiting or nausea doesn't stop, or you develop a fever, definitely see a doctor. Their advice is always best in these situations to rule out anything serious.

I totally get how scary food poisoning can be, that feeling of constant nausea is just the worst. My best advice is to take it easy, really hydrate with ORS, and don't push yourself to eat much. If you still feel really unwell after a few hours, please check with a doc. Your health matters.

Oh, food poisoning sounds really bad. I hope you're okay. Should we also avoid milk products for a while after vomiting, or are things like curd okay? Just asking because I'm not sure what's generally good to eat then.

Mere saath bhi hua tha ek baar, bahut bura experience tha. I just kept sipping on ORS solution and had light khichdi. Didn't eat anything heavy for a day. It helped me feel better slowly. But everyone is different, so see what works for you.
