What to do after vomiting alcohol?

After drinking a little too much last night, I vomited a couple of times. Now I'm feeling super dehydrated and have a headache. What should I do to recover from this hangover quickly and effectively?

Hey, after vomiting alcohol, best thing is to rehydrate. Drink sips of water or ORS, not too fast. Avoid more alcohol or heavy food. Plain toast ya khichdi chalega once you feel better. And get some rest!

Beta, if you've vomited a lot, there's a risk of dehydration. Definitely drink plenty of fluids. But if you feel dizzy, confused, or the vomiting doesn't stop, please don't take it lightly. Ek baar doc ko dikha lo, better safe than sorry.

Oh god, I just went through this last month! What helped me was having small sips of ginger ale and then some plain poha. Don't force yourself to eat much. And try to sleep it off, you'll feel much better after.

Bro, been there lol. Just drink lots of water, like seriously. And try to eat something bland like daal chawal or a banana after some time. Sleep is your best friend then, that's what always helps me.

Vomiting alcohol can really throw your system off. Try to have some electrolytes, like nariyal paani. If you feel really weak or it keeps happening, maybe check with a doctor. Body ka balance bigad jata hai aise toh.

Honestly, the key is proper rehydration. Sip on water, clear broths, or sports drinks. Avoid caffeine and anything acidic. If you're feeling really unwell or it's excessive, it's always best to consult a doctor, just to be safe.
