What time to take pregnancy test?

My period is delayed by a week, and I'm quite anxious to know if I'm pregnant. I bought a pregnancy test kit today. When is the best time to take the test for the most reliable result?

Most pregnancy tests are best taken first thing in the morning when your urine is most concentrated. This gives the most accurate result because the HCG hormone levels will be highest. Keep a kit at home, they're not too expensive.

Beta, the elders always said the first morning urine is the strongest, so that's the best time to check. These home kits are very good these days. Just ensure you read the instructions well. If there's any doubt, a doctor visit is essential.

Oh, I totally get the anxiety around this! It's usually recommended to take it with your first morning urine because that's when the pregnancy hormone is most concentrated. Don't drink too much water before, it can dilute it. Sending you positive vibes!

Trust me on this one, always use your first morning urine. That's when the HCG levels are highest and you'll get the clearest result. And don't test too early, wait until you've missed your period by a few days to avoid a false negative and unnecessary stress.

My older sister always told me to do it in the morning, first pee of the day, for the best result. It makes sense, the hormones will be strongest then. But for any doubts, always trust your doctor's advice, my dear.

I believe in listening to your body's rhythm. For pregnancy tests, the most concentrated urine is usually first thing in the morning. This aligns well with the body's natural cycles. A calm mind during this time also helps bring clarity.
