What time of day to take pregnancy test?

I'm trying to conceive and my period is delayed. I'm planning to take a pregnancy test at home, but I want to make sure I get the most accurate reading. What is the best time of day to take it?

It's always safest to follow the instructions on the test kit precisely. For something so important, don't take chances or guess. Read the manual carefully.

Usually, the first pee in the morning is the best! ☀️ That's what all my friends told me too. Wishing you all the very best! ✨

Yeah, everyone says first thing in the morning is the most reliable time for a pregnancy test. It makes sense because the hormone levels would be highest then. Hope you get the results you're looking for!

Most people suggest taking it with your first morning urine for better accuracy. Take care and I wish you well.

I just took one a few months ago, and definitely use the first morning urine! That's what the kit said and my gyno also recommended it for the best result. Fingers crossed for you!

With PCOS, sometimes cycles can be irregular, which might make test timing confusing. But generally, the first morning urine is recommended for its concentration. It's always a good idea to confirm with your doctor too.
