What supplements help with hair loss?

My hair has been falling out like crazy for the past few months, it's really worrying me. I've tried oiling and homemade masks, but nothing seems to work. Are there any supplements that actually help with hair loss?

Honestly, I've been looking into this too! So many brands out there claim to stop hair fall. I saw some ads for biotin supplements, but then some articles said too much biotin can be bad. It's all very confusing, right?

For me, a good multivitamin with iron and zinc worked wonders, especially when my doc told me my iron levels were a bit low. But don't just blindly take anything, get your blood tests done first to know what deficiencies you might have. Saves time and money.

Hair fall is very common, don't worry too much. Sometimes just eating healthy food helps a lot, like more greens and protein. Maybe try to focus on that first, supplements can be later.

Mere saath bhi bohot hair fall ho raha hai nowadays. I tried some supplements that my friend suggested but then I got a bit of an upset stomach. Has anyone else felt any side effects from supplements for hair? I'm worried.

From my experience, hair health is also connected to overall well-being and stress. Along with diet, simple yoga asanas and regular pranayama can improve blood circulation to the scalp. Try that also, it helps calm the mind and body.

Please, please see a doctor or a dermatologist before starting any supplements. I started taking something for hair fall based on online reviews and it actually made my thyroid levels go a bit haywire. It's better to get professional advice, don't take risks.
