What's good for knee joint pain?

Been dealing with knee joint pain for a while now, especially when I climb stairs or sit for too long. My doctor said it's age-related arthritis. What kind of exercises or dietary changes can help improve knee joint pain?

Knee pain can be super alarming, I remember panicking when mine started! But often, it's just due to overuse or lack of strength. Don't jump to conclusions, get it checked, but also know that many people manage it well with physiotherapy and exercises.

Knee joint pain can stem from various causes, from wear and tear to injuries. While gentle exercises and hot/cold compresses can provide temporary relief, a proper diagnosis from an orthopedic specialist is essential for effective treatment and long-term management. Self-medication is not advised.

Oh, knee pain is so debilitating, I've tried so many things! Apart from physiotherapy, I found that applying a warm castor oil pack overnight sometimes helped. And really focusing on strengthening the muscles around the knee, as advised by my physio, made a big difference.

For knee pain, time is a factor for working people. Get a quick diagnosis from an ortho. Then follow a proper physio routine, even 15-20 mins daily helps. Ergonomic setup at work and good footwear can also prevent it from getting worse.

Oh, knee pain! That's no fun. Sometimes I feel it after a long day of walking around for street food! Maybe eating more anti-inflammatory foods can help? Like turmeric in milk, or berries. And less of the yummy but sometimes unhealthy fried stuff, I guess!

It's really disheartening when your knees hurt, especially if it stops you from doing things you love. I felt so limited. It's not just physical, it impacts you emotionally too. Be kind to yourself, and seek proper medical help.
