What pressure points can help migraine headaches?

I get really bad migraine headaches sometimes, and I'm looking for any natural ways to get some relief. My grandmother used to say that pressing certain spots can help. What pressure points are known to help with migraine headaches?

For migraines, you can try pressing the 'Hegu' point between your thumb and index finger. Also, the 'Taiyang' point on your temples sometimes helps. But if the pain is really bad or new, it's always best to see a doctor haan.

Oh, migraines are the worst, I totally get it! I've tried many things. Acupressure can give some relief. The point at the base of your skull, right where your neck meets your head, sometimes works for me. Gentle massage there might ease it a bit.

Initially, I used to panic a lot with migraines. But then I learned some simple pressure points from my physio. The one behind the ear, just below the bone, can sometimes help release tension. It's not a cure, but it can make it bearable. Don't worry too much, many people deal with this.

While pressure points might give temporary relief, it's good to understand *why* you're getting migraines. I have thyroid issues and sometimes my headaches are linked to that. So, along with trying these tips, please do talk to your doctor and maybe get some tests done to rule out any underlying causes. Regular follow-ups are important.

Beta, dard bahut takleef deta hai. Mere ghar mein bhi kisi ko hua tha. Hum log thoda sa apne anguthe aur pehli ungli ke beech mein dabate hain. Aur phir sar par halki maalish karte hain. Bhagwan kare aapko aaram mile!
