What percentage of men experience hair loss?

I'm in my late 30s and I've noticed my hair thinning quite a bit, especially around the crown. It's making me feel quite self-conscious. Is this normal for men? What percentage of men actually experience hair loss?

Yaar, this is a very common thing. I started losing hair in my late 20s and it felt like the end of the world! But most men experience some form of hair loss by their 30s or 40s. It's super normal, nothing to be ashamed of.

According to my dermatologist friend, male pattern baldness affects around 50% of men by age 50, and it can start much earlier for many. It's largely genetic. So, it's a very prevalent condition, not something rare at all. Consult a trichologist for proper assessment.

Hahaha, beta, by my age, almost everyone I know has less hair than they started with! It's just a part of getting older for most men. Don't worry too much about it; focus on your health. What is hair, after all?

It's a very common phenomenon, affecting a significant majority of men at some point in their lives, often starting in their 20s or 30s. While some home remedies exist, for effective management, it's always best to consult a dermatologist or trichologist. They can identify the type and suggest suitable treatments.

Honestly, a lot of guys deal with it. I know some of my gym buddies are already thinning. While diet and exercise help overall health, genetic hair loss is a different game. Just focus on good nutrition and staying fit, it might help slow it down a bit, but see a specialist for serious concerns.
