What pain medication is safe for pregnancy?

I'm expecting my first baby and sometimes I get these dull body aches. I want to be very careful with what I put into my body during this time. What pain medication is safe for pregnancy?

Oh god, this is exactly what I'm worried about! I have mild headaches sometimes and I'm so scared to take anything. Did anyone else feel this much anxiety about even a simple headache medicine during pregnancy?

For general aches, sometimes a warm compress or resting helps a lot. And lots of water! But for medicine, especially during pregnancy, you really should ask your doctor. Don't self-medicate, even with common meds, please.

Hi dear! It's totally normal to be careful. Generally, most doctors advise paracetamol for mild pain during pregnancy, but always confirm with YOUR gynaecologist first. Every pregnancy is different, so what worked for one might not be right for another. Stay safe!

Honestly, my older sister was pregnant last year and she was also super confused. She just stuck to whatever her gynaec told her, didn't even Google stuff. Best to just ask your doc directly, ya know?
