What nutrient deficiency causes hair loss?

I've been experiencing significant hair loss lately, and it's quite concerning. I've heard sometimes it's due to a lack of certain nutrients. Which nutrient deficiency commonly causes hair loss?

Oh, I've been noticing a lot of hair fall lately. Is it mainly iron deficiency, or can other things like Vitamin D also cause it? What kind of tests should one ask for to check these deficiencies? I hope it's something treatable.

Been there, done that! My hair was falling out like crazy. Got tested and it was severe iron and Vitamin D deficiency. Also, sometimes B vitamins and zinc can play a role. Get a blood test for all these, eat iron-rich foods, and take supplements if your doctor advises. It takes time, but it gets better.

A calm mind reflects in a healthy body. Hair loss can be a sign that your body needs more nourishment. Often, a lack of iron or certain vitamins is the cause. Eat wholesome foods, meditate, and have faith that your body will restore itself with proper care. Consult a physician for guidance.

Based on my health tracker data and research, common deficiencies linked to hair loss are iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and sometimes zinc. A comprehensive blood panel is usually recommended. Make sure your diet apps show you hitting targets for these or consider supplements after consulting a doctor.

Haan ji, hair fall ka toh bohot common reason hai iron deficiency. Meri bhabhi ko bhi hua tha. Aur Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, zinc bhi important hain. Na, ek baar doctor se blood test karwa lo. Sahi deficiency pata chal jaayegi toh treatment bhi easy hoga.
