What not to do in your third trimester of pregnancy?

I'm entering my third trimester next month and already feeling quite heavy and tired. My doctor gave me some guidelines, but I'm wondering if there are any specific things pregnant women should definitely not do when they are in their last few months?

I used to panic if I accidentally rolled onto my back while sleeping. My doctor reassured me that your body will naturally wake you up if it's uncomfortable, but just try to sleep on your left side using pillows. Don't worry, you are almost at the finish line!

In the third trimester, do not start any new high-impact workouts or heavy lifting. If your doctor allows, stick to gentle, short walks to keep your circulation going. Avoid standing in one place for too long to prevent swelling in your legs.

I totally get it, the third trimester brings so much physical exhaustion and anxiety. Please do not skip your regular rest times or try to finish all your chores in one go. Give yourself a break, avoid any long, bumpy road travel, and take it very easy.

Do not travel long distances or fly without a medical fit-to-travel certificate from your doctor. Make sure you don't ignore any sudden headaches or vision changes, as these can be signs of blood pressure spikes. Keep your hospital bag ready and stay close to your delivery center.

Avoid lying flat on your back for long periods and do not ignore any signs of fluid leaking or decreased baby movement.
