What juice is good for pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester and feeling a bit nauseous sometimes. My mother-in-law suggested drinking fresh juices. Which juices are considered safe and good for pregnancy? I want to make sure whatever I drink is beneficial for me and the baby.

During pregnancy, staying hydrated and getting nutrients is very important. Fresh fruit juices like orange (for Vitamin C), apple, pomegranate, and even fresh coconut water are usually good. But avoid packaged juices with added sugar. For any specific concerns or symptoms, always, always consult your gynecologist first.

Haan, pregnancy mein fresh juices bahut acche hote hain. Orange juice for Vitamin C, anaar ka juice for iron, aur sabse best toh nariyal paani hai, electrolyte ke liye. Lekin na, pack wale juice mat lena, usme bahut sugar hoti hai. Ghar pe banaya fresh juice hi best hai. Doctor se bhi puchh lena ek baar.

I track my nutrition carefully, and during pregnancy, certain juices are great. Fresh orange juice for folate, pomegranate for iron and blood production, and carrot juice for Vitamin A are all beneficial. I log them into my app to ensure I'm hitting my daily targets. Just make sure they are fresh-pressed and pasteurized if buying from outside.

Beti, when you are pregnant, you must drink a lot of fluids. Fresh fruit juices are very good. Nariyal paani is a blessing, it's so cooling and good for you. Orange juice and pomegranate juice are also very good. My mother always said to have a glass of milk with a little kesar (saffron) too. But always make sure the fruits are fresh and clean.

Oh, pregnancy! My wife swore by fresh mosambi (sweet lime) juice and pomegranate juice. Anything that keeps the morning sickness at bay, right? As long as it's fresh and not loaded with sugar, it's probably fine. My job was just to keep those juices coming, haha!

When my sister was pregnant, she mostly drank fresh orange juice for the vitamin C, and lots of coconut water. Her doctor also recommended beetroot juice for iron. But no sugary drinks or anything packaged. Fresh is definitely the way to go.

For pregnancy, juices are generally good for hydration and vitamins, but always be mindful of sugar content. Freshly squeezed orange, apple, and pomegranate are usually safe bets. With PCOS, managing blood sugar is extra important, so I'd recommend diluting fruit juices with water or opting for vegetable juices if suggested by your doctor. Always consult your gynaecologist.

During pregnancy, every rupee counts, especially with all the checkups and tests. So, for juices, homemade is the most economical and healthy. Fresh mosambi (sweet lime), orange, and even just simple lemon water are great and budget-friendly. Avoid expensive packaged juices; they don't give the same nutrition.
