What is the very first symptom of pregnancy?

I'm trying to conceive and have been tracking my cycles closely. I've heard different things from friends about what the very first sign of pregnancy is. What is usually the very first symptom one might notice?

Ah, the mystery of the human body! For my wife, it was missing her period, but I swear she also started craving weird combinations of food and then blaming me for everything. So, missed period + unexplained mood swings = first symptom, in my experience!

Usually, the first and most noticeable sign is a missed period. If that happens and you've been trying to conceive, it's a good idea to take a home pregnancy test. They are easily available and quite reliable.

Ho na, the most common is definitely a missed period. But sometimes, very early, some women also feel a bit tired or nauseous. It's different for everyone, but period miss is a big sign for sure.

For me, it was always the missed period, beta. That's how we knew in our time. After that, a little bit of tiredness and sometimes morning sickness for a few days. Don't worry, every woman's body is different, but missed period is usually the first hint.

For the first symptom, a missed period is key. Instead of rushing to a lab for expensive tests right away, you can get a home pregnancy kit. They are cheap and give a good initial indication. If positive, then confirm with a doctor.

For my daughter, it was a missed period, combined with extreme fatigue she couldn't explain. She just felt so sleepy all the time. So look out for a missed period first, and then maybe other subtle changes too.
