What is the most common trigger of vestibular migraine?

My sister sometimes gets these really bad dizzy spells and headaches, and her doctor mentioned vestibular migraine. What usually triggers it the most? We are trying to figure out what sets it off.

At Breach Candy, my neurologist clearly explained that stress, lack of sleep, and certain foods (like aged cheese or caffeine withdrawal) are common triggers for vestibular migraine. He emphasized keeping a diary to identify personal triggers. So, ask your doctor for specific advice.

Many find stress and an irregular lifestyle can trigger such conditions. While medication helps, remember to calm your mind and body. Practicing meditation and ensuring proper rest can bring much relief. Keep a positive outlook and take good care of yourself.

I get anxious just thinking about triggers. For vestibular migraine, I always hear about stress and sleep deprivation being the main ones. Does anyone else find that certain foods or smells also trigger their migraines? I get so worried about everything I eat or do sometimes.

From what I've heard from my doctor, stress, lack of sleep, and sometimes even weather changes can trigger these migraines. Like with my BP, managing lifestyle is key. Regular check-ups and avoiding known triggers are very important.

Vestibular migraine, uff! My wife gets these. For her, it's always stress and when she doesn't get enough sleep. Also, sometimes too much screen time. Basically, anything that disturbs her 'inner peace', she jokes. It's no joke though, the dizziness is bad.

Vestibular migraine sounds like it involves dizziness. Is it usually triggered by things like stress or lack of sleep, or are there specific foods or bright lights that can cause it too? I'm just trying to understand.
