What is the best vitamin for arthritis?

I've been dealing with arthritis pain in my hands and knees for a while now, and it's quite bothersome. My friend told me that certain vitamins can help. I'm wondering which vitamin is most beneficial for arthritis.

If there was one 'best' vitamin for arthritis, I think everyone would be chugging it like juice! Unfortunately, it's not that simple. My dadi says ginger and turmeric are good, but for real relief, a doctor is the best 'vitamin' to consult, haha.

Arre, koi ek 'best vitamin' nahi hota arthritis ke liye. Har kisi ko alag type ka arthritis hota hai, aur doctor hi bata sakte hain kya sahi hai. Apne aap kuch bhi mat lo. Pehle doc se consult karo, wahi sahi advice denge.

While certain vitamins like D and E, and supplements like Omega-3 or Glucosamine, are often discussed for joint health, there's no single 'best' vitamin specifically for arthritis that applies to everyone. It's crucial to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a rheumatologist. They will advise on supplements if needed.

Be very careful about self-prescribing vitamins for arthritis. I once tried to manage a health issue on my own, and it led to more complications. Arthritis can be complex. Please, for your own good, see a doctor and let them guide you on what, if any, vitamins or supplements are right for your specific condition.

Oh, arthritis... my joints creak louder than an old door these days. If there was a single 'best vitamin,' I'd be popping it like candy. But sadly, it's not that easy. Doc gave me a few things, mostly it's about managing pain and staying active, and sometimes painkillers. No magic pill, I tell you.

When my mother had arthritis issues, her doctor at Apollo clearly explained that different types of arthritis need different approaches. So, there isn't one universal 'best vitamin'. You need to ask YOUR doctor specifically based on your diagnosis. Don't self-medicate with vitamins.
