What is the best treatment for type 2 diabetes?

My sugar levels have been quite high lately, and the doctor said I have type 2 diabetes. I'm trying to control it with diet, but I want to know about other effective treatments to manage it properly and avoid complications.

Mere ko high BP hai, toh main jaanta hoon lifestyle change kitna important hai. Diabetes ke liye bhi same hi hai, doc ne bataya tha. Diet control, thodi exercise, aur regular checkups bahut zaroori hai. Medications toh doctor hi decide karenge.

Honestly, I think it's mostly about eating right and moving more, no? Like, my grandpa has it and he just tries to eat less sugar and walks every day. Plus, his meds of course. But idk if there's one 'best' thing.

Please, don't go looking for 'best' treatments on the internet for diabetes. It's a serious condition that needs professional medical management. What works for one person might not for another. Always consult an endocrinologist and follow their prescribed treatment plan, not random remedies.

I am new to this topic. Is it true that diet and exercise can sometimes reverse type 2 diabetes in the early stages? My neighbour was saying something like that, but I wasn't sure.

Uff, diabetes is so tricky, right? I constantly worry about developing it because of my family history. I think the 'best' treatment is always personalized. It's a combination of diet, exercise, maybe medication, and constant monitoring. Don't stress too much, just work with your doctor!
