What is the best time to fast for weight loss?

I've been trying intermittent fasting for weight loss, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Is there a specific time window or schedule that's most effective for losing weight?

Beta, fasting is an old tradition, even in our culture. For weight loss, some people prefer to fast from evening till morning (intermittent fasting, they call it now). But do it slowly, and always take care of your body. Consult a doctor, especially if you have other health issues.

Intermittent fasting is quite popular for weight loss. The 16:8 method (fasting for 16 hours, eating in an 8-hour window) is common. Many find eating from 12 PM to 8 PM works best for them. But remember, the 'eating window' still needs healthy, balanced meals, not junk food!

My dietician recommended intermittent fasting, specifically the 16:8 method. She said the best time for *me* was to finish dinner by 7-8 PM and then have my first meal around 11 AM-12 PM. This ensures a decent fasting window and aligns with natural circadian rhythms. It's about consistency, not just the timing.

Fasting for weight loss, huh? My body sometimes thinks it's fasting even when I've eaten! 😂 But seriously, the evening-to-morning fast (intermittent) is what people generally follow. Just don't starve yourself, because then you'll just end up eating everything later. Find what's sustainable for YOU.

Fasting for weight loss sounds good, but I always get worried about feeling weak or dizzy. Is it safe for everyone? I've read about different windows, like 12-8 or even longer fasts. I think it's crucial to check with a doctor first, especially to make sure your body can handle it without any negative effects.

I've heard a lot about intermittent fasting! Many of my friends try to fast overnight, so they skip breakfast and have lunch as their first meal. It seems to work for them. But always good to check with a doctor or dietician first, especially if you're new to it.

My mother always said, 'Suraj dhalne ke baad khaana kam khao.' That's a natural way of fasting, I think. Eating light dinner early helps. But if you're thinking of proper fasting for weight loss, consult a doctor or dietician, don't just start on your own, especially if you have health conditions.

Hello! For weight loss through fasting, the 16:8 method is generally quite flexible and sustainable. Many people find having their eating window from 12 PM to 8 PM or 1 PM to 9 PM works well with their daily routine. It's about finding a rhythm that fits your lifestyle and isn't too restrictive. Hydration during the fast is key!

For my personal weight loss journey, I found that stopping eating after 7 PM really helped. I wasn't formally 'fasting' but just not eating late. It helped me reduce late-night snacking. Everyone's body is different, so what works for me might not work for you.

My kids are thankfully not dealing with weight loss, but for myself, I find that a 14-16 hour overnight fast is most practical. Finishing dinner by 7-8 PM and then having a late breakfast or early lunch. It helps manage cravings too. But it's not for everyone, be careful.
