What is the best thing for hair loss?

My hair has started thinning quite a bit, and I'm losing more strands than usual. It's making me feel quite self-conscious. What is usually considered the most effective thing for hair loss?

Hair loss is so common! 😩 I started taking a multivitamin with biotin and iron, and it really helped improve my hair health. Also, using a gentle shampoo and conditioner. Small changes can make a big difference! ✨

Oh, I've tried everything under the sun for hair loss – onion juice, egg masks, hot oil treatments! Some of them did help a little for scalp health, but for actual hair fall, I realised consulting a dermatologist was necessary. They can properly identify the root cause.

Hair loss? Mere baal aur mere patience, dono hi kam hote ja rahe hain! 😂 But honestly, checking your diet and stress levels is important. And get your blood work done, sometimes it's just a simple deficiency. Also, my mom swears by regular oiling.

It often depends on the cause. Sometimes it's a nutritional deficiency like iron or Vitamin D, other times it's hormonal. Getting some basic blood tests done can help pinpoint the issue. A good balanced diet and managing stress are always good starting points too.

Hair loss can often be linked to thyroid imbalances, I speak from experience. Make sure to get your thyroid levels checked regularly if you have any other symptoms. A doctor will suggest tests to rule out underlying causes before any treatment.

Hair fall can be a symptom of hormonal issues like PCOS, which I have. So it's not always just about external remedies. It's really important to get blood tests done and consult a doctor to understand the underlying cause. What works for one person might not for another.

I tried some over-the-counter remedies and it actually made my scalp condition worse. Hair loss can be a symptom of many things, some serious. Please see a dermatologist or a general physician first. Don't take chances, they can properly diagnose.
