What is the best shampoo and conditioner for hair loss?

My hair has started falling out quite a lot recently, and it's making me really conscious. I'm looking for a good hair care routine to help. Can anyone recommend a great shampoo and conditioner combination that helps with hair loss?

Honestly, at this point, if a shampoo just *promises* to slow down hair loss and doesn't make my hair feel like straw, I'll take it. Who has the energy to figure out the 'best' when you're sleep-deprived and constantly shedding? Just give me something that works a little, please!

My son started having hair loss issues in his teens. We found that mild, sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners helped reduce breakage. Brands like Mamaearth or Biotique were gentle. But we also had to get his vitamin levels checked with a doctor. The shampoo alone won't fix everything.

Haan na, hair fall is such a common problem now. For shampoo and conditioner, I heard good things about those with biotin and keratin. Like, Mamaearth, they are quite popular ho na. But agar bahut zyada hai, toh doctor ko bhi dikhao.

Before you invest in any shampoo and conditioner, please make sure you've ruled out underlying medical causes for hair loss. Sometimes it's a thyroid issue, or a severe vitamin deficiency. A doctor's diagnosis is crucial; otherwise, you might just be treating a symptom without addressing the root cause, which is not safe.

For hair loss, sometimes simple is best. I've found that using a mild, herbal shampoo without too many chemicals works better than fancy expensive ones. And don't forget to oil your hair regularly with coconut or almond oil. That's a home remedy that actually strengthens roots. No need to buy very costly sets.
