What is the best hair vitamins for hair loss?

My hair has been falling out quite a bit lately, and I'm wondering if a vitamin deficiency could be contributing to it. My sister suggested hair vitamins. What are the best hair vitamins for hair loss?

Before spending on expensive vitamins, get your blood tests done first. Iron, Vitamin D, B12, and thyroid are usually checked. The tests might cost a bit, but then you know exactly what you're deficient in instead of taking random supplements that might not work or be needed.

My friend was super stressed about hair fall and got these fancy 'hair growth' gummies. They tasted good, but honestly, her doctor told her to just take a simple multi-vitamin and iron if needed. Save your money, yaar!

Haan, hair vitamins kaafi important hain na. But honestly, ek general multivitamin jisme biotin, zinc, aur iron ho, that's usually enough. Zyada fancy brands ke chakkar mein mat padho unless your doc specifically recommend kare.

Been there, done that! My experience is that a good quality B-complex with biotin, along with Vitamin D and iron (if deficient), made a huge difference. But please, get a blood test first. Don't just start popping pills. A doctor will tell you the right dosage.

Yaar, 'best' is such a relative term. Actually, many times hair loss is because of some underlying deficiency. So instead of guessing, a dermatologist might prescribe you specific vitamins after some tests. No point in just randomly taking supplements, right?

Just last year I was facing severe hair loss! My dermatologist recommended a combination of biotin, zinc, and a specific B vitamin complex, all after testing my levels. Within a few months, I saw new growth. Don't skip the doctor's visit; they know what's best for YOUR specific need.

I totally get it, hair loss can be so worrying! There are so many vitamins marketed for it. It's really best to find out what exactly you might be missing. Maybe a doctor can guide you better on specific deficiencies instead of just generic hair vitamins?
