What is the average amount of daily hair loss?

Lately, I feel like I'm losing a lot of hair, especially after washing it. I know some hair loss is normal, but I'm worried it's too much. What is the average amount of daily hair loss that is considered normal?

My daughter also had severe hair fall concerns. The doc said 50-100 strands a day is pretty normal, especially when shampooing. If it's more than that or thinning is visible, then it's time to check with a dermatologist. We started multivitamins and it helped.

People say so many things online about hair fall. But from what I've heard from proper sources, losing up to 100 strands a day is considered normal. Don't blindly try home remedies; always verify with a specialist first.

Dude, everyone loses hair. Like, 50-100 strands daily is totally normal, my friends and I were discussing this. If your pillow looks like a wig factory, then maybe worry, otherwise, it's just nature.

The general consensus is around 50 to 100 hairs per day. If you're losing more, it's worth getting tested. Some blood tests for deficiencies can be inexpensive and very helpful before spending on expensive treatments.

I always worry about how much hair I lose, especially after shampoo. Is it really true that 50-100 strands a day is okay? Sometimes it feels like much more. Anyone else feel that way?

Hey, don't stress too much about it. It's super normal to lose hair daily, like 50 to 100 strands. It's part of the hair cycle. If you feel it's excessive or see bald patches, then consult a doc, but otherwise, chill.
