What is sleep apnea and the symptoms?

My husband often wakes up feeling tired despite sleeping for 7-8 hours, and he snores a lot. His brother suggested he might have sleep apnea. Could someone explain what sleep apnea is and what are its common symptoms?

It is a sleep disorder where breathing stops repeatedly. The key symptoms are extremely loud snoring, waking up with a dry mouth, and feeling completely drained of energy during office hours. If you have these, don't waste time on forums—just book a sleep specialist consultation.

It is so exhausting because you never get restful sleep. I used to wake up gasping for air with my heart pounding, feeling so anxious and depressed every single day. If you are feeling constantly tired and irritable, please know that you are not alone and treating this helps immensely.

I often wake up suddenly in the middle of the night feeling like I forgot how to breathe, and I have terrible morning headaches. Is this what sleep apnea feels like? Has anyone else here had these exact symptoms before getting diagnosed?

Sleep apnea is when the flow of life breath gets interrupted during your rest, leading to loud snoring and gasping. Keep your mind calm, maintain a healthy body weight with natural food, and definitely seek advice from a medical expert to help restore your sleep cycle safely.

As a diabetic, I learned that sleep apnea can seriously mess up your fasting blood sugar levels because of the stress it puts on the body. Symptoms include heavy snoring, daytime sleepiness, and gasping for breath. If you are diabetic, managing this with your doctor is absolutely crucial.

It is a dangerous condition where your body is starved of oxygen at night. I ignored my symptoms of heavy snoring and morning fatigue, which eventually caused me to develop chronic high blood pressure and a minor heart issue. Please go to a hospital and get a proper checkup done.
