What is pregnancy rhinitis?

I'm experiencing a lot of stuffiness and sneezing even though I don't have a cold, and I'm pregnant. My doctor called it 'pregnancy rhinitis.' What exactly is pregnancy rhinitis and what can I do for relief?

Pregnancy rhinitis is basically a stuffy nose during pregnancy that's not due to a cold or allergy. It's caused by increased hormones and blood flow, making your nasal passages swell. It can be annoying but is harmless and usually goes away after delivery. Saline sprays can help!

Beta, pregnancy rhinitis means your nose gets blocked or runny a lot during pregnancy, even if you don't have a cold. It happens because of all the body changes. Just try to breathe steam, it helps a little. It will go away after the baby comes.

Pregnancy rhinitis is like a persistent blocked nose. While it's hormonal, keeping yourself well-hydrated and maybe some light exercise, if your doc approves, can sometimes help improve overall circulation and might offer some relief. No heavy workouts needed, just staying active.

During my pregnancy, I had this constant stuffy nose feeling, which I later learned was pregnancy rhinitis. It wasn't a cold, just felt blocked. It was annoying, but thankfully it did go away after delivery for me.

During pregnancy, the body experiences many shifts. Pregnancy rhinitis is one such temporary change. Embrace it with calm and understanding. Focus on positive thoughts and light breathing exercises, and it will pass. Take good care.

It's when your nose gets all stuffy and blocked during pregnancy, even without a cold! Super common because of those pregnancy hormones. A saline spray can be a lifesaver, and remember, it's temporary! ✨

My friend's wife had pregnancy rhinitis. Basically, her nose was always blocked or runny, like she had a perpetual cold but didn't. Hormones do crazy things, man. She used some nasal spray her doctor recommended.

Haan, pregnancy rhinitis matlab naak band hona pregnancy mein, bina sardi ke. Hormones ki wajah se hota hai. Meri bhabhi ko bhi hua tha. Subah uthte hi bohot mushkil hoti thi. Saline drops use kar sakte ho doctor se pooch kar.

Pregnancy rhinitis is very common due to increased estrogen levels, causing swelling in the nasal passages. It's not an allergy or infection. Saline nasal sprays are generally safe and effective for symptom relief. Avoid decongestant sprays unless advised by your doctor for short-term use.

Pregnancy rhinitis can be incredibly frustrating. I felt like I couldn't breathe properly for weeks, and it really affected my sleep. It's totally okay to feel annoyed by it; it's a real discomfort even if it's not 'serious'.

Beti, I remember having a blocked nose all through my pregnancy, thought it was a never-ending cold! Later learned it's just 'pregnancy rhinitis'. Don't worry, it's normal and goes away. Just try steam; it gives good relief.
