Usually, MASH liver disease has no clear symptoms in the early stages, though some people feel mild tiredness or discomfort in the upper right abdomen. My father always says a clean diet is key, but you must consult a physician for a proper diagnosis.
Do not try to diagnose yourself based on lists of symptoms online. MASH can be completely silent or mimic general gas pain. Only a doctor can tell you the reality after looking at your blood tests and ultrasound reports.
Most people don't show any major symptoms until the liver damage progresses. You might just feel chronic fatigue or a dull ache in the upper right side of your stomach. Don't wait for severe symptoms to appear; get a routine health checkup done.
