If you are suspecting liver issues, getting an LFT first is best. It costs around 500 to 800 rupees in most local labs, so plan your budget for that along with a doctor's consultation. Don't waste money on expensive supplements before getting the actual blood report.

Honestly, do not search for symptoms on Google or trust random detox juices online. Things like severe yellow eyes, dark urine, or constant vomiting need immediate hospital checking, not some home remedy. Get yourself evaluated by a real medical specialist.

As a diabetic, I have to be very careful because liver and blood sugar are closely linked. Symptoms like extreme fatigue, swelling in the ankles, or dark yellow urine should never be ignored. Please consult your physician and get your blood sugar and liver enzymes checked together.

Severe liver toxicity can cause yellow eyes, dark urine, and heavy pain on the right side of the stomach, haan na. If you feel very weak or nauseous constantly, please don't wait at home. Better to visit a clinic soon and get it checked.

Beta, if there is loss of appetite, itching on the skin, or yellowing of eyes, the liver is under stress. Drink plenty of clean water and avoid greasy, heavy foods completely. But remember, these are just supportive; you must go to a hospital for a proper checkup if you feel very sick.

Common signs include nausea, abdominal pain, and skin irritation. While a clean, low-fat plant-based diet helps the liver recover, you cannot treat toxicity just by changing what you eat. You need a proper medical diagnosis to find the root cause.
