I can only share my personal experience with allergies. Hay fever, or allergic rhinitis, usually means I get a runny nose, itchy eyes, a lot of sneezing, and sometimes a scratchy throat. It's worst when pollen count is high. I try to stay indoors or wear a mask. This isn't medical advice, just what happens to me.

Hay fever, also known as allergic rhinitis, has symptoms like sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy eyes, and sometimes a sore throat or cough. If you suspect you have it, please consult a good ENT specialist or allergist. Ask them clearly about triggers and treatment options. Self-diagnosing can be tricky.

Hay fever symptoms? Oh, just imagine a continuous sneezing marathon combined with eyes that feel like sandpaper and a nose that won't stop running, all while you're trying to function. It's basically your body overreacting to pollen, making you feel like you have a never-ending cold. And good luck sleeping through that!

Hay fever, ah, the joys of seasonal allergies! For me, it's mostly watery, itchy eyes that make me look like I've been crying, and a runny nose that demands a tissue every five minutes. Plus, the sneezing fits that could win an Olympic medal. It's annoying, but thankfully, not usually serious. Just another charming aspect of getting older, I guess.

Hey! Hay fever symptoms are basically like a bad cold but it's actually an allergy. Think sneezing a lot, runny nose, watery and itchy eyes, sometimes a bit of a cough. It usually happens when there's a lot of pollen in the air. Don't stress too much, there are meds for it, but definitely talk to a doctor to confirm!
