The first trimester is the initial three months of pregnancy. This is when the baby's main organs are developing, so it's very crucial. My doctor always emphasized taking folic acid and avoiding any harsh chemicals. It's a time for lots of rest and very light activities.

Ah, the first trimester! That's when the mom-to-be experiences all the 'joys' like morning sickness, extreme fatigue, and suddenly hating her favorite foods. Basically, it's the beginning phase where the body is doing some intense behind-the-scenes magic to grow a tiny human. Hang in there, it gets better!

From what I saw with my sister, the first trimester is like the secret mission phase of pregnancy. Nobody really knows, but the mom is going through a lot - nausea, tiredness. It's the first three months where the baby starts forming properly.

The first trimester is the very start of your pregnancy, from conception up to about 12-13 weeks. This is a delicate time, bachche. I remember feeling so tired and queasy during this period. Just take care of yourself, eat small frequent meals, and rest whenever you can. It's completely normal to feel all those changes.

Pehla trimester, ho na? Matlab pregnancy ke pehle teen mahine. Iss time mein baby ke saare main parts bante hain, so bohot important hota hai. Lots of rest and good food, haan. Morning sickness bhi isi mein sabse zyada hoti hai, I hear.
