What is considered normal hair loss?

I've been noticing more hair in my comb and shower drain lately, and I'm a bit worried. How much hair loss is considered normal in a day? Mujhe lagta hai it's too much.

Losing about 50 to 100 strands of hair a day is totally normal. If you are lifting heavy or dieting, make sure you are getting enough protein and healthy fats. Diet directly impacts hair strength, so don't skip your nutrition.

Beta, roz 80-100 baal tootna toh aam baat hai, bilkul chinta mat karo. कंघी karte waqt thode baal toh sabke nikalte hain. Bas khush raho, acchi neend lo aur sar par halka tel lagao.

While 50-100 strands is the normal daily range, if you feel your hair is falling out in large clumps or thinning rapidly, please get your thyroid levels checked. My massive hair fall was the first sign of my hypothyroidism.

Up to 100 hairs a day is quite normal. You can try washing with amla and shikakai to strengthen the roots naturally. But if you see bald spots or red patches on your scalp, please consult a skin doctor immediately.

Don't panic! Losing 50-100 hair strands daily is just your hair renewing itself. Just enjoy life, eat your greens, and stop counting every hair on your hairbrush!

Everyone loses around 100 hairs a day due to natural shedding. If you are busy and stressed with work, that can increase it slightly. If it goes way beyond that or you see visible patches, skip the home hacks and book a dermatologist appointment to save time.

Normally, 50 to 100 hairs fall daily and it's nothing to worry about. Just stop using expensive fancy shampoos and harsh styling gels. Stick to a simple, mild shampoo and don't comb wet hair, that reduces unnecessary breakage easily.

For me, I notice about 50-70 hairs in my brush daily, which my doctor said is completely healthy. I only seek advice when I see sudden thinning at my crown area. It's best to observe your own baseline over a few weeks.

Bro, losing around 100 strands a day is totally normal, so don't freak out looking at your shower drain. I used to overthink this during midterms, but honestly, it's just regular shedding. Just chill and sleep well.

Losing up to 100 hairs a day is just a normal cycle of our body. Try not to stress too much, because excessive worry can actually cause more hair fall. Take care.

Do not worry, losing 50 to 100 strands a day is standard. If you notice a sudden increase, check if you have dandruff or scalp buildup, as curing that often stops the excess fall. Keep your scalp clean and dry.

I was losing what felt like hundreds of hairs daily post-COVID and panicked. My doctor assured me normal shedding is up to 100, but mine was temporary telogen effluvium. With some multivitamin tablets and patience, it went back to normal in 4 months.
