Breech means the baby is positioned feet-first or bottom-first in the womb instead of head-first. While physical activity is great during pregnancy, don't try any exercises or stretches to flip the baby without your doctor's green light.
A breech pregnancy is when the fetus is positioned bottom or feet first for delivery. While it can complicate a vaginal birth, modern obstetrics handles this very safely. It is highly recommended to follow your gynaecologist's advice on whether a C-section is the safest route for you.
Breech just means your little one is sitting head-up instead of head-down! It is actually very common in the second trimester and many babies flip on their own before the due date. Stay positive and trust your doctor! 🌸
Breech means the baby's head is up near your ribs instead of down. My doctor told me at my 32-week scan that the baby is breech and I am so anxious about it. Did anyone else's baby flip naturally in the last month, or did you have to go for a C-section?
