What is a healthy sleep schedule?

I often feel tired during the day even if I sleep for 7-8 hours. I think my sleep schedule might be off. What is considered a healthy sleep schedule, and how can I set one up for myself?

A healthy sleep schedule generally involves getting 7 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, ideally sleeping by 10 or 11 PM and waking up early. For persistent sleep issues, consulting a medical professional is always the best approach.

I know how stressful it is when you lie awake at night worrying about not sleeping on time. A healthy schedule is just sleeping and waking up at consistent times daily, so please don't stress if it takes time to fix.

I ignored my chronic insomnia for months thinking it was just work stress, until I fainted from fatigue one day. Please fix your sleep time to 10 PM daily, and see a doctor if you keep waking up exhausted.

They say 10 PM to 6 AM is ideal, but my phone and Netflix have other plans. Just try to get 7-8 hours without waking up looking like a zombie!

Honestly, a healthy schedule means getting at least 7 hours. I try to sleep by 11 PM, but college assignments and phone scrolling always mess it up. Trying to get back on track though!
