What is a healthy blood sugar level for a diabetic?

My husband has diabetes, and we are trying to manage his blood sugar levels. What is generally considered a healthy blood sugar level for someone who has diabetes? We want to make sure he's in a good range.

Haan, empty stomach 80-130 mg/dL aur khane ke baad 180 se kam hona chahiye. Par yeh har body ke liye alag hota hai, toh check karwana zaroori hai na.

Khaali pet 100 ke aaspaas aur khana khane ke do ghante baad 140-180 tak thik mana jata hai. Aap bas meetha kam khaiye aur dhyan rakhiye apna.

I totally get it, managing diabetes is a constant daily battle and checking sugar levels can be so stressful. Usually, doctors recommend fasting under 130 and post-meals under 180, but please don't stress too much.

I have been managing my type 2 diabetes for ten years now. My doctor targets 80-130 mg/dL fasting and under 180 after meals. I balance this strictly with home-cooked meals and low-carb food.

Standard clinical targets are 80-130 mg/dL fasting and under 180 mg/dL post-prandial. However, since individual health factors vary widely, your treating physician's customized advice is always the best guide.

My father is diabetic, and his physician keeps his target fasting level between 90 and 130. We just monitor him at home using a digital glucometer twice a week.

Honestly, keeping fasting under 130 is the goal, but trying to maintain that while surviving on midnight coffee and bad sleep is a real task. Definitely consult a doc before changing anything!

I ignored my rising sugar levels and had to be hospitalized with severe neuropathy. Please don't rely on generic targets; immediately go to a good endocrinologist to get your personalized HbA1c goals.

My grandmother always suggests drinking neem water, but my physician says standard targets are 80-130 mg/dL before meals. We always follow the doctor's prescription and checkups strictly.

A calm mind is key to maintaining fasting sugar under 130. Take your daily medicine, avoid stress, eat simple sattvik food, and let your body heal. Stay positive and take care.

Fasting should ideally remain between 80 and 130 mg/dL. In my experience, pairing your medicines with regular pranayama and gentle morning walks helps keep these levels very stable.
