What is a good vitamin to take for hair loss?

My hair has become very thin and I'm losing a lot of strands, which is really concerning me. I'm thinking of trying some vitamins, as my friend suggested. What is a good vitamin to take specifically for hair loss and to make hair stronger?

Biotin and Vitamin E are very gentle vitamins that support hair health nicely. I hope your hair fall reduces soon and you find something that makes you feel confident again. Take care.

Honestly, instead of just popping pills, I tried eating my way out of hair fall! Adding eggs, walnuts, and curry leaves to my diet worked wonders because they are packed with natural Biotin and Vitamin E. Plus, it is much more delicious than swallowing supplements.

I have been experiencing a lot of hair fall lately, and someone told me that Vitamin E capsules can be applied directly to the scalp. Is that safe to do, or is it better to swallow them as oral supplements? I am a bit scared of causing more damage.

I don't have time for multi-step hair care routines, so I just take a basic Biotin and iron supplement daily as suggested by my trichologist. If you are a busy professional with high stress, get your ferritin levels checked, as low iron is a major hidden cause of hair thinning.

Before you spend thousands on expensive hair gummies and serums, just get a basic Vitamin D3 and B12 test done at a local lab. Most of the time, our hair falls because of these simple deficiencies, and basic doctor-prescribed tablets costing a few rupees can fix it.
