What is a good treatment for arthritis?

My mother has been suffering from arthritis in her knees for years, and the pain makes it difficult for her to even walk sometimes. The medicines she takes give her acidity. Is there any good treatment for arthritis that has fewer side effects?

I have had joint pain for over fifteen years now, and initially, I thought I would lose my mobility. But with mild daily walking, warm water fermentation, and the right doctor-prescribed medicine, I still manage my daily work comfortably. Don't lose hope, this can be managed beautifully.

Haan bilkul, knee pain toh bahut pareshan karta hai, especially thand ke mausam mein na. Instead of taking random pain killers, go see a good orthopedic specialist. Hum toh ghar pe mustard oil se light massage kar lete hain relief ke liye.

My knees started making cracking sounds like popcorn when I turned forty! It is just our body reminding us we aren't teenagers anymore. Get a proper diagnosis, start some low-impact exercises, and keep those joints lubricated before they decide to go on strike.

My mother was recently told she has early-stage osteoarthritis in her fingers, and she is quite worried. Are there any gentle hand exercises or home therapies that can prevent it from getting worse? Any advice would really help us.

My grandmother has bad arthritis and we tried all kinds of online tips, but nothing worked until we took her to a proper rheumatologist. Now she does regular physiotherapy sessions which have actually helped her walk without support again.
