What is a good product for hair loss?

My hair has been falling out quite a lot lately, especially after washing. I've tried some home remedies but they're not really working. Is there any particular product that's really good for hair loss that people have had success with?

Stress is often the main reason behind sudden hair fall, so try to keep your mind calm and peaceful. Massaging your scalp gently with pure coconut oil can soothe the roots, but do consult a doctor if it is severe. Take care.

Before buying expensive oils and serums, just try switching to a mild, chemical-free baby shampoo. Also, make sure you are getting enough protein in your daily lunch, like curd or dal. Simple changes work best without burning a hole in your pocket.

Bro, the hard water in my hostel completely ruined my hair and caused massive hair fall. I started using a water softener filter on my tap, and it really helped reduce the damage. Don't buy expensive serums before checking your water quality!

Stop wasting your money on magical hair growth shampoos and oils advertised online. Most of the time, hair loss is due to internal deficiencies or stress. Go get a blood test for iron and thyroid levels, and show the reports to a doctor.

Since I manage high blood pressure, I know that poor blood circulation and stress can affect hair health. Focus on lifestyle improvements like a low-salt diet and morning walks, and get your regular health checkup done to find the root cause.

It can be really stressful to see hair fall every time you comb. It is best to avoid trying too many different commercial products, as they can sometimes worsen the issue. A quick visit to a dermatologist is the safest way to find the right solution.

No external oil can save your hair if you aren't eating enough protein and micro-nutrients. Make sure you are hitting your daily protein goals with eggs, paneer, or soy, and drink plenty of water. Exercise also improves scalp blood flow naturally.

I know exactly how heartbreaking it is to see clumps of hair in the shower every morning, it really affected my self-confidence. What helped me was stopping all styling products and consulting a specialist who treated my underlying hormonal imbalance.
