At 30 weeks, you are in your 7th month of pregnancy, almost touching the 8th. I just went through this phase a few months ago! Keep your hospital bag ready and make sure you do your daily kick counts because baby gets very active now.

This is the middle of your 7th month of pregnancy. If you have thyroid issues like me, make sure you get your TSH levels tested this month because hormone levels can fluctuate wildly in the third trimester. Keep sharing all reports with your doctor.

At 30 weeks, you are in the 7th month. I remember feeling so overwhelmed and scared of delivery around this time, and it is completely normal to feel that way. Just take deep breaths and don't feel guilty about crying or feeling tired.

You are 7 months pregnant! My wife was at this stage recently and her cravings for pani puri and sweets were next level. We just made sure to get healthy, hygienic home-made snacks so she could satisfy her cravings safely.

30 weeks matlab aapka 7th month chal raha hai, haan na. Abhi toh baby ka weight fast badhta hai toh acidity aur back pain thoda badh jayega. Chhota-chhota meals khao aur thoda thoda walk karte raho.

Look, 30 weeks is 7 months and 2 weeks, so you are in your 7th month. Stop googling too much and reading scary stories online. Eat healthy food, take your iron tablets, and listen only to what your gynaecologist says.
