It's best to avoid raw or undercooked meat, unpasteurized dairy, certain types of fish high in mercury, and excessive caffeine. Your doctor will give you the safest list.

Beti, during pregnancy, it is best to avoid raw eggs, raw meat, and unpasteurized milk. Also, certain fish with high mercury should not be eaten much. In our time, we just ate simple ghar ka khana and avoided anything outside. It's for the good of the child, so be careful, but don't worry too much.

Ugh, the list is annoying, right? Mostly raw stuff like sushi, unpasteurized cheese, and that lovely soft serve ice cream from roadside stalls. Also, high-mercury fish and too much caffeine. It feels like all the good stuff! But it's for the baby, so we manage. Just focus on yummy, safe alternatives!

I remember panicking when I first saw the list! But it's mostly raw meats, unpasteurized dairy, certain high-mercury fish like shark or swordfish, and excess caffeine. Just focus on well-cooked, fresh food. Once you get used to it, it becomes normal. Don't stress too much, just follow your doctor's advice.

Practically speaking, you should strictly avoid raw or undercooked meat, poultry, and eggs (think runny yolks). Also, stay away from unpasteurized milk and soft cheeses. Limit fish high in mercury and processed deli meats. It's all about preventing bacterial infections and harmful substances from reaching the baby. Stick to well-cooked, fresh meals.

It's crucial to avoid raw or undercooked foods, certain seafood high in mercury, unpasteurized products, and limit caffeine. This is important for both the baby's health and the mother's, especially if dealing with conditions like high BP. A healthy lifestyle and regular checkups, along with knowing what to eat and avoid, are key during pregnancy.

Ah, the pregnancy diet! It feels like half the fun stuff is on the no-go list. No sushi, no fancy cheeses, no booze, limited coffee... it's like a culinary obstacle course. Just stick to the well-cooked, boring stuff, and you'll be fine. My wife used to joke she'd live on plain dal chawal. At least it's for a good cause!

As a vegetarian, I already avoid meat, but for pregnancy, it's also important to be careful with unpasteurized dairy and raw sprouts, which can carry bacteria. And for non-vegetarians, definitely no raw or undercooked meat or fish high in mercury. Focus on fresh, clean, home-cooked food. Healthy eating is key, always check with your doctor.
