My sister had this during her pregnancy, she used to complain a lot. She said warm baths and gentle leg massages helped a bit. Also, making sure she wasn't iron deficient was important, her doc checked that. It sounds super annoying, hope you get some relief.

Oh, restless legs in pregnancy, I totally get it! It's like your legs have a mind of their own and just want to dance all night when you're trying to sleep. A warm bath before bed, gentle stretching, and sometimes even just getting up and walking a bit in the house helped me. Hang in there!

Maintaining light activity during the day, like walking or prenatal yoga, can improve circulation and might help. Also, ensure you're getting enough magnesium and iron through your diet or supplements, but always check with your doctor first regarding supplements in pregnancy. Don't overtrain, just gentle movement.

During pregnancy, the body goes through so much. For restless legs, our mothers would say to massage the legs gently with warm sesame oil before sleeping. Also, avoid cold drinks in the evening. Make sure you are eating well and getting your vitamins. But always keep your doctor informed, they know what is safest for you and the baby.

Ho na, restless legs during pregnancy can be very frustrating. My friend also went through this. She used to put a warm towel on her legs before sleeping and sometimes had a glass of milk with a pinch of nutmeg. But definitely discuss it with your gynaecologist, they might suggest some vitamins.

For restless legs, gentle stretches of the calves and hamstrings before bed can be very beneficial. Also, some calming pranayama like Anulom-Vilom can help relax the nervous system. A warm foot soak with a little Epsom salt can also bring great comfort. Listen to your body and don't push yourself.

My daughter had terrible restless legs during her pregnancy. What helped her most was staying hydrated, avoiding caffeine in the evenings, and taking her iron and magnesium supplements very regularly as prescribed by her doctor. We also made sure she had comfortable, supportive shoes. It's a temporary phase, but very tough.
