What helps with dandruff in hair?

My hair has a lot of dandruff, especially after I oil it. It’s quite embarrassing, aur shoulders pe bhi girta hai. Is there something really effective to get rid of this problem?

Uff, dandruff. It's like my hair decided to have its own snow party every day. I just want to sleep, not pick flakes. Honestly, a good anti-dandruff shampoo that actually WORKS is a lifesaver. Mine has zinc pyrithione, doc told me.

See, for dandruff, consistency is key. Don't just use anti-dandruff shampoo once a week. Use it 2-3 times, as directed on the bottle, for a few weeks straight. And don't scratch too much, it makes it worse.

Hello! I've seen many people ask about this. For dandruff, remember to keep your scalp clean, but don't over-wash and strip natural oils. Try a good anti-fungal shampoo and if it doesn't improve in a few weeks, a quick visit to a skin doctor will help. They can diagnose properly.

For mild dandruff, sometimes apple cider vinegar rinse diluted with water works for some. Or neem oil. But if it's severe, very itchy, or persistent, please don't just rely on home remedies. A doctor can prescribe medicated shampoos that are more effective.

Ho na, dandruff can be so irritating. My mother always said to keep hair and scalp clean. Try to avoid using too many styling products and wash your hair regularly. Also, don't share combs, it's more hygienic.

It's okay to feel a bit bothered by it, I used to worry if it meant something serious. But most of the time it's just dandruff. Focus on gentle care and don't let it stress you out too much. Stress can also trigger it, ironically.
