Haan, pregnancy sickness is so common na! My doctor said to eat small, frequent meals instead of big ones. And ginger tea used to help me a little. Also, avoid empty stomach, always keep a biscuit handy. But if it's too much, talk to your gynae, they might give some medicines.

Oh, the morning sickness! I literally thought I was dying during my first trimester, I panicked so much. But then I realized it's very common. My doctor told me to try bland foods, not to let my stomach be empty, and to sniff a lemon sometimes. It gradually got better. Just be patient and kind to yourself.

My dear, this phase of pregnancy is a beautiful journey, even with the sickness. Try to stay positive and trust your body. Eat what you can keep down, even if it's small. A calm mind helps a lot. Remember to take care of yourself, and consult your doctor for any concerns. Blessings to you and your baby.

Natural remedies like ginger candies or sipping on mint tea can sometimes ease the nausea. Also, avoiding rich, greasy foods and sticking to bland, simple meals works for many. But if you're experiencing severe vomiting, dehydration, or can't keep anything down, it's absolutely crucial to consult your doctor immediately.

Bhai, pregnancy sickness is tough, but it's part of the journey. Eat light, frequently. Keep dry toast or biscuits near you. And don't push yourself if you feel like resting. If it gets too severe and you're feeling weak, don't be a hero, go to the doctor. They know best.

My wife suffered a lot with morning sickness during both our pregnancies. What really helped her was keeping plain crackers by the bed and eating a few before even getting up. Also, she drank a lot of lemonade and avoided strong smells. Just be patient with yourself, it usually gets better after the first trimester.

My grandmothers always said to eat small portions throughout the day and to drink coconut water. Also, to avoid strong spices. These small things do help to some extent. But for severe sickness, please always consult your gynecologist. They might prescribe safe medication if needed. Your comfort and health are important.
