What happens when you sleep?

I've been trying to improve my sleep lately because I feel tired all the time. I know sleep is important, but what exactly happens to our brain and body when we sleep? Why do we need it so much?

Oh, when you sleep, your body basically goes into 'recharge mode'! Your brain cleans out toxins, muscles repair, and memories get sorted. It's super important for everything from your mood to your immunity. That's why good sleep is often called the best medicine.

Sleep is crucial, man! For us fitness guys, it's when your muscles actually grow and recover from training. If you don't sleep enough, all that hard work in the gym goes to waste. It's like half of your fitness routine, alongside good diet and exercise.

When you sleep, your body and mind get rest. It's very important. Agar neend poori na ho, toh agle din kaam mein mann nahi lagta aur tabiyat bhi kharab ho sakti hai. Simple hai, acche se so jao toh sab theek rehta hai.

When I sleep? Oh, I wouldn't know! Haha, just kidding. But seriously, when I *do* manage to sleep, my brain finally shuts up for a bit, and I don't feel like a zombie. It's basically my body trying to convince me to be a functional human again.
