What happens if you take insulin but aren't diabetic?

A relative's child mistakenly injected a small amount of insulin, but the child is not diabetic. I'm really worried. What could be the effects if someone takes insulin but isn't diabetic?

Hey, don't panic. If someone took a tiny dose by mistake, just make them drink some sweet juice or eat a spoonful of sugar right now. Keep an eye on them, and if they feel dizzy, take them to a doctor immediately. I'm here if you need to talk.

I can totally understand how terrifying it feels when a medical mistake like this happens, my heart would be racing too. Just breathe deeply. If you or someone else did this, please eat some high-sugar food immediately to stop the anxiety and physical shaking from low sugar.

Look, as someone who works around medicines, I can tell you that insulin will aggressively pull glucose out of your bloodstream. If you aren't diabetic, this will lead to rapid hypoglycemia. Keep some sugar candy or fruit juice handy, and if symptoms don't improve, head to the clinic.

Our bodies are very intelligent systems designed to maintain balance. Taking external hormones like insulin unnecessarily disturbs this natural harmony. Stay calm, feed the body some natural sweetness like honey, and pray for quick recovery.

I totally get it, accidents happen and it is very scary when it involves injections. Please don't be hard on yourself. Just make sure to eat a proper heavy meal with carbs right now to balance out the insulin effect, and stay safe.
