What happens if you have a heart attack while pregnant?

I'm pregnant with my first child, and sometimes I feel a bit of chest discomfort. It made me wonder, what if someone has a heart attack while pregnant? Is it very dangerous for both the mother and the baby?

Beta, a heart attack is extremely dangerous for both the mother and the unborn child. You must not look for any home remedies or wait; immediately call an ambulance and rush to a big hospital.

It is an absolute medical emergency that threatens both lives. Go to the nearest cardiac and maternity hospital immediately.

This is a severe cardiovascular crisis. Emergency medical treatment is the only option, and any form of physical activity or exercise should only be discussed much later during cardiac rehab under strict supervision.

In such an extreme emergency, go to the nearest multi-specialty hospital with an ICU and NICU. Keep all insurance cards and emergency funds ready because immediate surgeries might be needed.
