What happens if hepatitis b is left untreated?

A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with Hepatitis B. He's feeling very low about it and wondering if treatment is really worth it. I want to understand what happens if Hepatitis B is simply left untreated.

Hepatitis B ko light nahi lena chahiye, ho na. If left untreated, it can cause permanent damage to your liver, like cirrhosis or even worse over the years. Doctor se proper consulting kar ke medicine start karna hi best option hai.

I have been managing chronic Hepatitis B for five years now. If you leave it untreated, your liver enzymes will shoot up, leading to severe scarring. Get an LFT and viral load test done, find a good hepatologist, and stick to the daily antiviral schedule strictly.

I can barely keep my eyes open, but let me tell you, ignoring a liver virus is a bad idea. Untreated Hep B will make you feel chronically exhausted, which is worse than my sleep deprivation! Please see a specialist and get on proper antivirals before it messes up your liver.

Look, Hepatitis B is not a normal flu that will just go away. If you ignore it, you are risking liver failure or liver cancer down the line. Stop searching for alternative cures and visit a gastroenterologist immediately for a proper treatment plan.

This sounds so scary and I would probably be panicking constantly if I were in this situation. But please stay strong; doctors have excellent medicines now to keep the virus inactive. Please get it checked so you don't have to worry about long-term liver damage.

My cousin ignored his Hep B diagnosis for years and ended up with severe jaundice and fluid retention in the stomach. He had to be hospitalized for weeks to stabilize. Please don't wait for complications like liver damage to happen; consult a specialist immediately.

My family physician explained that untreated Hepatitis B can lead to portal hypertension and liver cirrhosis. The virus replicates silently and damages hepatocytes over decades. It's critical to monitor the DNA viral load and take prescribed antivirals to prevent progression.

I track all my health metrics online, and liver health is something you should never take lightly. Untreated Hep B can seriously impact your metabolic health and energy levels. Consult a doctor and use a digital health tracker to monitor your liver enzymes regularly.

I completely agree with the advice here. Untreated Hep B is very dangerous for the liver, so please consult a specialist and start treatment immediately.

I was actually researching this for a health seminar. Untreated Hepatitis B can become chronic and silently damage liver cells without showing major symptoms for years. It is really important to get regular viral load tests done as suggested by the doc.
